Is it possible to configure it so that when a chat is transferred to a queue, it gets into the queue with the highest priority?

Much like voice calls, you can change the priority once that chat hits the ICM script. How you script that out is up to you. Don't rely on the priority functionality in ECE... they're meaningless in ICM.

Hi, I'm not sure I'm following. Since you're setting the queue priority in UCCE, you can change the priority of the email then as you wish.
