ECE Patch installation Fails

We are upgrading from ECE 12.6 ES12 to ES 13 and facing below issue. Anyone knows the solution.

I haven't but did you stop services before trying to run it and also did you update the registry setting (if applicable in your environment) that's mentioned in the read me?

Also, does it make any difference if you click on it and do run as administrator for instance?

Looks like you are instaling direclty from Datasource 
Copy the content of ECE 12.6 ES13 installer into a local temporary folder on each of the servers.

i think it's same with @Ramamoorthy Shanmugam you must copy from DVD to local directory on server then start the installation.

Hi @Ramamoorthy Shanmugam  and @mbieyasid, the suggestion to copy the ECE 12.6 ES13 content from DVD / mounted drive to C:\Temp resolved the issue ? I just want to confirm so it can be taken with authorized team.

Thanks @ritdesai for the update on this. All of the steps mentioned above were completed without success. Will wait for the update.

Hi Ashiq & @ritdesai ,

We are also facing the same issue from 12.6(1)_ES10_ET1  to ES13, unable to install the patch.

Please provide the workaround.

Another interesting thing is that when I run the installer on my laptop (Windows 11), it goes through.

Not sure, might be the ECE server Windows package stopping the installer

Hi @Ramamoorthy Shanmugam the issue was identified on ISO corruption and was freshly uploaded on 04-May. Did you tried to download the new ISO. I've personally validated the ISO with signature, md5 and sha512 confirming the ISO is healthy.

Little deviation from the original question - do any of you run Crowdstrike agent on ECE Servers and if so, were you need to stop or remove Crowdstrike agent before installing these patches?

Does Crowdstrike agent interfere or stop installing these patches?
