I am not able to close the case.
Please note that we cannot Close any case with EIM also we need to know about the How to block Some Advertise mail while coming to our mail.
when i close the case it gives me message " case could not be closed because one or more supervisory activities in the case are open ""
when i am trying to open the case i am getting the message.."HTTP status 404/system/......""
Please need help urgently

I haven't seen that before. Are you sending your outbound replies through a Supervisor review?
