Hello,
in Cisco Unified Email Interaction Manager (CUEIM) in agent console in Main Inbox tab, when agent gets new activity (email) agent can reply, reply-all, forward and redirect email.
I know how to disable the whole roll-down menu (the reply, reply-all, forward,redirect button), but how is it possible to disable only reply-all and redirect options from the roll-down menu?

Actions are controlled at the role level so you can remove the undesired actions however not sure if reply all etc... is an action, but through custom roles only the necessary action can be applied, some which are required cannot be touched.
