Hi Team
Have installed a standalone EIM Version 9.0 server, but post installation ,we are unable to launch the EIM Default Webpage.
Your request could not be served successfully, as there was an error connecting to the Application Server from the Web Server.
Possible reasons are:
Cisco Interaction Manager is being restarted
Cisco Interaction Manager has been stopped
Please try again later.
If the problem persists, please contact your Cisco Interaction Manager Administrator.
Also attaching the error snapshot and installer logs.
Though the error points to Cisco EIM Service restart / stop. currently it is in start state only.
Have tried to uninstall the EIM and reinstalled but still facing the sam error.
Also the Licenses has been uploaded to the default path.
Kindly suggest how to overcome this error.
