Hi, I'm configuring SocialMiner within UCCX 10.6 and I wondered if there was a way to change the email address that replies to the external customer appear from.
For example the agent account has to be created in the form username@domain and this is the "email address" that responses to the customer are sent from. I want them to appear to be from our corporate domain; i.e. username@bcassessment.ca (our corporate domain).
Is there a way to do this? I can't see a way to do this on the SMTP server, which is just a relay service and I can't do any message manipulation.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this?
