Encrypted email from Cisco Finesse

Is there a way to send encrypted email to and from clients using Finesse. We are using Cisco Email Security and can encrypt from an individual account, but I don't see a way to do it from Finesse.

Hi,

There is no way Finesse can encrypt any email. Finesse just acts as a container for any gadget such as email or chat or even any other gadget, it won't be reading or writing content inside any gadget.

Thanks, It is disappointing though. One buys solutions from one vendor expecting at least some integration.

@mikemayou , email encryption for contact center email is not a feature that we have integrated as we have not seen any customers asking for this feature. As you have mentioned, it is available for individual accounts, not integrated with CC.

Can you please share details of your use case (to me directly in case you don't want to share it in this forum) so that we can explore if there are any integration options available.
