Hi,
We have a unique customer request to handle chat inactivity. They would like to implement Chat inactivity timer to automatically send a message to the customer after 5 minutes asking “Are you still there?”. Then if after a minute or so with no response, close out the session automatically.
Any thoughts from experts about if this is possible and if yes- What would the design look like ?
