Error in UCCX outbound campaign option

Hi All, i am facing the attached error while trying to configure a new campaign in UCCX 8.5.1 SU3. It says outbound seats is not configured and need to configure it first through system parameters. When i access the system paramteres i founf it is configured as i did it during the installation. This is Lab environment and i have upgraded the system from 8.5.1 to 8.5.1 SU3 but  still facing this error on new version as well.

Hi,

Could you please also attach the UCCX system parameter page snippet? Did you try changing and saving  the existing Outbound Agent seat count?

Yes i have tried coupl of times to chagne the configuration and update it. It updates successfully and display the updated seat counts but still display same error.

Hi Sheeraz,

Are you trying to add a campaign for IVR outbound here ? If yes, does this system has IVR Outbound licenses? Please attach the license info page snippet also.
