Error message in UCCX

I am receiving the following error message on my Reject/Abort report within CUIC.  I am having trouble finding where the error is coming from.

Error:

1; columnNumber:5945; The content of the elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup.

I would post this in the Contact Center space for more visibility. Is this a custom report? Can you share a screenshot? Does it happen on all browsers?
