After the upgrade of workstation ,User Agent/Supervisor facing below error meassage while logging into CAD. I have de-associated and re-assocated user phone device from RMJTAPI user in CUCM. but still the issue persist.
Any idea why? Do I need to reinstall CAD on updgraded workstation once again ?

Hi Shridhar,
Please check the Resources page from the UCCX Admin-> RmCm, and see if the Agent ID has the associated Phone.
You can also try performing the directory Resyc operation from the CDA once and see if it helps.
