Error reading license file

I am trying to add an additional supervisor license to an existing IPCC server.I have received the license file from Cisco.com and have saved it to the c:\CRSlicense file. I run the update utility, point it towards this folder but I receive Error reading license file.

Is there anything else I need to do?

I have made sure that the files all end in the .lic form but I still recevie the error

I assume you followed the following:

I've researched a few cases and it's possible that the original license and/or the new one could be corrupt.

It this continues, you may want to open a Service Request with TAC.
