Hi All,
i have finesse 10.5 integrated with UCCE 10.5. i was able to login with finesse Agent desktop and able to receive and make call. But today i am facing one issue when i am trying to login, it gives error. i have attached the error.

Is this for all agents? Have you tried to login using CTIOS to rule out Finesse as the problem?

Hi All,
Issue got resolved. issue was with awdb communication issue and just because of this Agents were not getting authenticated. I just stop the services on AW and PGs. Restarted the server and services. It started working fine.

What is the error code you are seeing in CG logs and pim logs. that will give some more idea about the issue.
