Hi,
For my supervisors in Finesse 11.5, the queuestatics.jsp gadget is showing no data. I believe we could be hitting this bug:
CSCvb50928, and it looks like it won't be fixed!
I can replace this gadget with the Live Data gadget available in the agent role, however this will only show me the skills associated with the supervisor, and not the skills associated with the agents in the supervisors team. Does anybody have any work arounds for this?

Try Disabling and re-enabling the Queue statistic gadget.

Make sure you restart tomcat service after the change. See if helps to resolve the issue.
