I have my UCCX servers setup in HA and certs have been signed for all services. I am attempting to get Finesse 12.5 Desktop Chat going and currently I have set my Desktop Chat Server to both of my IM & Presence servers. All seems to be working with Finesse except the Desktop Chat service. I will login a user to Finesse then have that user attempt to login to Desktop Chat. The login appears to be successful and displays a pop-up screen to accept the certificates for both of my IM&P servers (The ones I defined as the Desktop Chat Servers in Finesse Administration). When I click the links to accept those certificates (link = https://imp1.voip.domain.abc:5082/httpbinding & https://imp2.voip.domain.abc:5082/httpbinding ) and I continuously receive an error "Secure Connection Failed: An error occurred during a connection to imp1.voip.domain.abc:5280.PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR." This happens for both links. This seems like a certificate problem but I have signed certs on all UC platforms with the RootCA and IssuingCA uploaded on each host via the respective service-trust as needed. Has anyone ran into this problem with Desktop Chat Server?
I have attempted this connection in:
Windows 10:
Microsoft Edge version Version 85.0.564.63
Firefox version 78.2.0esr
Chrome version 85.0.4183.102.
Unified Communications Environment:
Contact Center Express = 12.5.1.10000-31
(HA - uccx1.voip.domain.abc & uccx2.voip.domain.abc)
Unified Communications Manager = 12.5.1.13900-152
(1x pub [ucm0.voip.domain.abc], 4x subs [ucm1-4.voip.domain.abc] )
IM & Presence = 12.5.1.13900-17
(HA - imp1.voip.domain.abc & imp2.voip.domain.abc)

Hello Konstantin.
This limitation, still applies on 2023?
My customer has all agents connected remotely via VPN, and they are receiving this message any time they try to accept certificates from servers during chat login:
This site can’t provide a secure connection
"PresenceServer's FQDN" sent an invalid response
