Hi,
We have Finesse 12.5 newly installed. Able to log into CFadmin(https://<FQDN>:8445/cfadmin) and do all the configurations. There is a successful connection established between Finesse, CTI server and AWDB.
But when I try to log into Finesse agent desktop(https://<FQDN>:8445/Desktop), it does not load the sign in page rather it throws "This Finesse Server is currently out of service. For more information, contact your administrator". Attached the screen shot for your reference
Tried restarting the Tomcat and Finesse services, no change in the result.
Could someone help me to resolve this.

If new setup check the below
If everything is fine please do a complete system restart to the Finesse server.
