When trying to access Finesse Administration page from drop down menu in UCCX, I receive the folowing message.

The only available option is disconnect. This is an HA environnement. I have no problem accesing the same page using the secondary server. Have you guys experienced this?

Hi mightyking , I am experiencing this too. Did you find the cause/resolution?
Suspect just restart Finesse Tomcat service?

Thanks David, I had already restarted Cisco Finesse Tomcat servicer via CLI and resolved the issue.
