Why does cisco not have a mobile app to allow finesse agents to login and set ready/not ready state instead of using the finesse web desktop login. We have agents that have wireless headset which allows them to answer calls away from their desk but have to get back to the desk to set to ready state. How hard is it to convert the web desktop into an app?

No help. I'm using Cisco 7821 with wireless headsets and EHS. This allows us to pickup and hang up calls away from the desk and phone. I can use the web access on our mobile devices to login to finesse and set to ready not ready but it's not user friendly as the fonts are small and you have to zoom in to change your state to ready/not ready. An app would be more user friendly.
