Hi Team ,
if the customer is not same browser where Finesse is opened , is there a way customer can get some flash or notification when the call hits the finesse during Auto Answer scenario

you can do it in UCCX in Team Configuration

You may have better luck using agent greeting or agent whisper, this way they don't even have to be looking at the screen to know a call has come in. Or do it in UCM via brief tone like @ahmed.zakaria mentioned.
