Hi All,
I am trying to dial a 4 digit DN from my finesse and experience the below
1) If I dial the 4 Digit DN with prefix 01 (ex:011234) then the call is routing to the script mapped to the DN in ICM
2) If I dial the 4 digit DN without prefix(1234) then the calls are getting dropped with an error in the Send to VRU node.
In CUCM I have a tranlsation pattern 01XXXX and route pattern 1234 configured. Both are pointed to the same CVP trunk in route Group
In ICM I have configured DN with 2 routing clients. 1 for CUCM PG and the other for CVP PG.
Observations:
1) When I dial with the prefix 01 from finesse, the calls are returning to CVP with the label and correlation ID and the calls are successful
2) When I dial without the prefix, the calls are coming to the CUCM with label and correlation ID. CUCM doesn't have a pattern configured to handle the label hence calls are failing.
May I know why the system is choosing CVP as routing client when calls are made from finesse using the prefix(01) and why the CUCM is chosen as routing client when calls are made without the prefix ?
