Hello Everyone,
I have done deployment of Finesse Email feature , we are using UCCX 10.6 with Social Miner 10.6 & Exchange 2010.
That issus i am facing is certificate on some PC browser it is working file but facing issue on most browser.
Error is Attached...Can someone give me solid solution for this issue . customer want to resolve this on all agent PC.
i followed cisco procudure but all in vain...

Before we go much deep into this:
1) Make sure agents are using supported browsers as per below link:
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Unified_CCX_Software_Compatibility_Matrix_for_10.6%281%29#Supported_Browsers
2) Agents should be using the FQDN of UCCX server to login into Finesse Agent Desktop and not the IP Address.
3) Make sure you have installed SocialMiner tomcat.pem certificate on all the UCCX nodes as a tomcat-trust certificate. (To download the tomcat.pem - Go to the SocialMiner OS Admin page > Download the file > Navigate to the UCCX OS Admin page > Install this file as a tomcat-trust Certificate.) UCCX will need to be restarted after this.

yes i have followed all these steps.
but my question , how can i install a certificate in browser, i always get error regarding browser. and in come of the default gadgets. i face ssl certificate error
