I must open some web site when new chat message is comming. But Finesse with UCCE not suppport chatting, so I added eGain gadget to Finesse. How can I do that? Maybe eGain gadget support that or someone has any idea?
According to the information you have provided, your chatting is now taking place via eGain application embedded as gadget. Now if you want to pop-up another web page you have to deal with that from with in the eGain application, if it allows.
Hi, with that what I know is not possible to do that. I make this by listen to the database change. When new chat is comming then in egain database (dont remember which table) you can see that.
What should i do that you help me to realize that ?
