Using Finesse version 10 and everything is working. However when we dial a number and the call gets connected the dialed number changes to Anonymous on the agent desk top. We would like to know if there is a way to make is so the dialed number remains on the agent desk top.

If you pickup your phone and call that same number, what does the called party see? Do they see anonymous?

Yes we do. I am currently looking at call mnager settings.
