Hi,
We have deleted some of the teams from finesse but they are not removed from Finesse. this is with version 11.0
Anyone come across anything like this and what is the possible resolution?

How long ago did you remove them? I've noticed that they will eventually be gone, but it's not immediate.

Do you still see them if you login in incognito mode? If you login to CUIC, do you still see that team?

i don't think any existing defect is there . you can try cycling the CG after production hours. That should pump the new config to finesse.
And can you attach ctisvr logs for the issue time frame (provide the team details which you removed).

Yes we are planning for recycle sometime during off hours.
We have deleted about 8 teams, still 2 of them are available in finesse but doesnt show up in the ICM
