Finesse Firefox Popup

Hi all,

i heared there is a way with Firefox to bring the Agent a Popup with some informations e.g. call Var.
when a call arrives and Firefox is at the background.

Anyone have a idea how to do this?

Is Finesse already showing the call variable when agent answers the call?

Yes i do have all the informations into the Finesse Webpage.

But i also want to have it into a Popup if the Agent is not focusing on the Finesse Webpage.

Only works if you use multiple windows instead of multiple tabs

Thank you lohjintiam, that worked for me.
But i still searching a way to have a popup from Firefox with the caller Information like in Outlook when you get a new E-Mail.

Any idea how this can be done?
