How do you create a "Panic Button" for agents to notify supervisors that help is needed? is there a way to do this, without getting a 3rd application involved like 2Ring?
At this moment there isn't anything out of the box. I believe that agent to agent/supervisor chat is coming in for 12.0, so something could probably be built to have the "Panic button" with that, but at this moment, there isn't really anything.
