Finesse: Live Data is not available after repeated attempts

Hello-

 One of our agents received this error message yesterday inside of Finesse. She is using Windows 10 with IE 11. I attached a screenshot.

What version of UCCX and is IE in compatibility mode? There's a few ways to check, but only two ways to know for sure.

1) Check by looking at the compatiblity view settings in IE

2) Check by looking at the compatibility view settings in Group Policy

3) Check and confirm by using Fiddler on the Agent's PC to spy on the communication from the browser to Finesse, and check User Agent header in HTTP requests

4) Check and confirm by having the Agent use the submit a problem report link in Finesse, then inspect the logs for the User Agent header in the logs
