Finesse Log collect Hang Up issue via Tomcat

Hello~

I tried collect Finesse Log via URL: http://<FinesseServerIP>/finesse/logs/

But when I click the clientlogs of list, the web page display loading delay.

And then all agents finesse are not working.

The finesse recovery after restart the finesse server.

Finesse version is 10.X

Who is experience similar issue?

Are you saying that when you try to just display the logs via the browser it causes all agents to stop working? I would confirm you're on the latest version and that you're running Finesse on approve hardware specs. I have never seen something like that.
