Hi,
I am implementing SSO to connect a third party application with Finesse. The auth mode is HYBRID. SSO works while accessing REST API, however connecting Openfire with BOSH fails and shows 'UnAuthorized'.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi,
As far as I know, direct use of SSO for the OpenFire connection is not yet supported. As of 11.6, SSO is only supported for gadgets within the Finesse agent desktop.
There is a SSO IDS SDK available though, but I am not sure this works for the BOSH connection: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/contact-center-express/#cisco-identity-service-client-sdk-overview/what-is-cisco-identity-service-sdk
Thanx,
Denise

Hi Denise,
Thanks for your important input.
Like to confirm about the connectivity with BOSH for notification supports token but only in SSO mode.
Thanks
Amresh
