Finesse not displaying re-queued emails in social miner

Scenario:

agent 1 - assigned skill for email csq A

agent 2 - assigned skill for email csq B

 

1. agent 1 received email csq A in finesse

2. agent 1 requeued email csq A to email csq B for agent 2 to handle

3. agent 2 logged in to finesse but the requeued email is not showing.

4. agent 2 was able to receive NEW emails coming in to his assigned email csq B.

 

Why does requeued email not showing?

Hi,

Can you capture the same logs requested by me in the below thread and attach the same here.

One addition would be to provide the following details as well :

Agent 1 ID
Agent 2 ID
CSQ A name
CSQ B name
