Finesse ScreenPop gadget extension variable

by any chance does anyone know the variable to use to put the answering extension in the URL?

i have all the custom variables working, just can't seem to find this one.

it may not be straight forward, you have to go and edit the screenpop.js to have the agent extension extracted from user object and store it in some variable.
