Hello all,
some of our agents have the issue, when they have a outgoing call from their phone (not Finesse),
that the Finesse window Pop up at the front.
This will be ok when someone calling the Hotline, but not when having a outgoing call.
They're using Internet Explorer ver. 11
Any Idea?

Michael, please note it will only work if they are making an outbound call from their IPCC/ACD line and not from non IPCC/ACD line. Check Multiline Support section of below document:

Deepak,
our users told me, when they calling someone from their Jabber, not via Finesse, they will
get the Finesse Browserwindow into the front.
But not all of them, just some.
Might it be a browsersetting or is this something on their phone configuration on the CM?
