Hi all,
Currently all Finesse related settings are based on role & team associations.
Is there a workaround / customization / future product feature possible where we can list out the wrap up codes to the agent based on the CSQ where the inbound call in received?

JT,
As you point out that is not available today, and roadmap questions cannot be answered on this forum so I suggest you reach out to your Cisco account team to open a product enhancement. I do agree that wrap up codes are better suited for CSQs than teams as based on what the calls was in regards to one might want to have different wrap up reasons.

No such feature mentioned in the user guide. Can you advice which section you are referring to?

I just reviewed CCX 11.0 Finesse admin page and I don't see any changes when it comes to reason codes, the reasons/team resource pages are still with only ability to tie the wrap up reasons to teams.
