Finesse wrapup reason codes not showing in the required order UCCE

Hi experts,

can someone helps in below issue which i was facing with finesse wrapup reason codes 

i have added the reason codes from finesse admin in the order which customer required under a team .but when trying to select from finesse its showing in random order .not even in the alphabetic order .our customer needed this to be in the order they requested .Is there a way to sort it out or is it a limitation we have in finesse .

This looks like custom gadget, no? That's not how wrap up normally looks.

is there a way we can check the gadget configuration  .not sure where we can find this wrapupgadget.xml file

Where did you get the gadget from? Like downloaded from Cisco, etc.? You should be able to find the files typically hosted on the Finesse server.
