Hi Team,
Need some help for UCCE 7.5
Is it possible to have details of all calls that are answered or not with in Service Level from HDS (T_termination_Call_detail or other table).
We jhave SL on CallType of 20/80 ..

were you able to find an answer your question? from termination_call_detail i could see that all calls are not answered within service level. are you facing the same issue?

I don't know if this is in the 7.5 schema, just haven't checked, but in the 10.x schema there's a column in the TCD called something like answered within SL, can you check if you have this column available to you?

yes David, i have it, and my problem is that all values of that column are 'N'.
do you have the same issues?
ICM version is 10.5
