One of our customers has a feature, where a caller (our customer's customer) is asked to enter his/her social security number before being sent on to the call takers.
Is that something we should be able to find in the XMPP events Finesse sends out or get via a REST call?
Edit: their current solution apparently leaves a text file on the client PC, but since they sometimes use Citrix, that is not practical

Yes you will get call variables and their value with call events received from XMPP server.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi,
Correct, if you sent this value as a call variable, then you can get it in the call events. Make sure everything is secure though! You do not want to have a data breach with SSN.
Thanx,
Denise
