Guide For Updating UCCX 12.5 SU1

Hello,

Is there someplace that a step-by-step guide exists to do an upgrade of UCCX version 12.5 from SU1 to SU2? We just installed the system a few weeks ago and already see many bugs. We were told be a TAC engineer that upgrading to SU2 would solve many of our issues. I have found the software but was told that some COPs need to be installed on the server first. I see two COP files in the software store but not sure if these are both needed or something else.

First install ciscouccx.1251.SU1.1251SU2PREUPGRADE.37.cop.sgn and second the iso file for SU2. You don't need ucos.keymanagement.cop.sgn because you're already on 12.5 SU1.

The upgrade guide mentioned that, too.
