Handle customer inquiries over SMS channel in UCCE

I want an interaction between a customer and a UCCE agent through SMS. For this purpose I am using Social-Miner callback API just to reserve an available agent and get the agent id. So my question here is that how can I get or reserve the ID of an available agent so that I may use this ID for other purposes?
