Hi,

We are trying with the context service APIs and facing some errors while registering , de registering  and creating POD, a customer using context service API

  1. While registering we are getting:-

Failed to authorize for session xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx

     2. While de registering we are getting:-

HeartBeatDaemon failed to get access token. HeartBeatDaemon thread will not be started that will result in no heartbeats

     3. While creating POD we are getting:-

               connector.failedToGetToken

These errors are coming some time and sometimes they are not appearing why ?

Please help us on this ASAP.

Thanks

Mahesh Kousik. A

Hi Mahesh,

Based on the information you provided, it looks like you are experiencing a connectivity issue.  There are a couple of areas to check to determine if it is a local issue or a cloud issue.

To see if it is a local issue, you can run the getStatus method against your connector to determine its health.  For more information on getStatus, please refer to the Cisco Context Service SDK Guide. Cisco DevNet: Context Service - Context Service SDK Guide

To see if there might be a cloud issue, you can go to https://status.ciscospark.com/ to see if there are any reported incidents or scheduled maintenance occurring.

Regards,

Kristin

Hi Mahesh,

Are you still seeing issues with Registration / Deregistration / Activity (POD) creation?
