HELP!!?They cannot hear me i can hear them

When I call outbound I cannot be heard , I have restarted application doesn't help I have a error message that says connection to phone service failed

What application you are using here ? webex or jabber ? Need more details here. What's the setup ?

 

If then, try generating the report for analyze.

Aspre the title i assume its a one way audio. one way audio issues are commonly seen with routing issues.
