I was wondering if someone could help me out with an issue I am having with a script to turn our contact center on or off. I am stuck on the Authenticate User step. When prompted to spell the name out, I can successfully enter in the information and it will pull my user ID as LDAP has it. However, when I enter my PIN, it can't find the information that I have stored as my PIN according to my end user on CUCM. Any help or locations to look into would be helped. Thank you for the help.
