I have a CRS Hist Reports user requesting a report that list time periods where there were zero agents available for a given CSQ. Is there any report that returns a list of time intervals where a given criteria (ie, no agents in Ready state) are met? Obviously the data is all there, but I don't see any reports that function in that way.
