I have a customer that use UCCX Premium and use for IT Support ( CSQ ). Last week, he ask me that want to reconfigure the script to pointing to on duty after NBH, however in each week this pointing number changes. The number changes because it is a Mobile number from Engineers and each week change the engineer on duty. The supervisor did not have access to change the pointing in UCCX Application (Parameters).
Does anybody knows a way automate this process, like dial to a number that change the value of "string" like a subflow?
