My credit card processing vendor updated their SSL certificates to SHA256 last week. Since then mi IP IVR has been logging the below alert when someone trys to pay via the IP IVR.
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
I am on IP IVR version 7.0(1) SR05ES02_Build020 but I found this TAC article for version 8.

What would the equivalent be in UCCX 7.0?
Things I have tried so far.
Applied Microsoft sha256 fix -- https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/938397
Installed thawtes new sha256 root and issuer certs to the windows trusted root stores.
In the java control panel added the same 2 certificates.
installed latest cisco OS patches 2003.1.5aSR25
Besides upgrading does anyone have a good workaround?
