How Chat and Email and Task Save data to Context Service
We have enabled Context Service for CVP and UCCE and started the Context Service successfully for chat and Email and made some mails and chat expecting it to automatically create Customer and Related activity POD with Context Service. But we didn't find any information relative on the customer data on the Context. we searched from finesse gadget by customer email and phone number (The entries that entered in the chat login fields )
Is there any end-to-end guide on how chat and email store the data with real example .
