How to assign priority to a call that is coming to a skill in UCCX? We need to assign it to high priority.

First of all calls do not queue to skills they queue to CSQs that are built out with skills, to prioritize a call to one CSQ over call to another CSQ you need to use the priority step in the script to change the priority of desired call. If your intent is to prioritize one agent over another in the same CSQ (skill) you need to use Most Skilled algorithm which is defined on the CSQ configuration.
