I created a new business hours and named it as " contact center sales "
Now i want to know how to use that business hours rule on mu CCE script .
and I dont see " Global " object in " set variable " Node and idea why , is that replaced by business hours ?

You'll only see Business Hours as a type of variable in an IF node in icm scripts.
