Hi,

Simply install the Finesse Language Cop file from below location based on your UCCX version:

For UCCX 10.6, file name is uccx-language-pack_17-10.6.1.10000-2.cop.sgn

https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=286279660&flowid=72862&softwareid=280840578&release=10.6%281%29SU1&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

For UCCX 10.5, file name is ccd-language-packuccx_17-10.5.1.10000-2.cop.sgn

https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=286265496&flowid=70402&softwareid=280840578&release=10.6%281%29&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

After the Finesse language pack is installed via CLI (on each UCCX server if in HA), please ensure you reboot the UCCX server (both servers, if HA) and clear out the cache (including cookies) of the browsers used to login to Finesse. You can check to make sure the COP file installed successfully by running a show active version on the UCCX node(s) and looking for the COP file name.  At that point after the UCCX reboot and browser cache clear, Finesse should show the language drop-down on login and respect the locale URL variable.

For the list of languages that are supported by Finesse, see the Compatibility Matrix for Unified CCX, located at:

http://docwiki-dev.cisco.com/wiki/Compatibility_Matrix_for_Unified_CCX.

Deepak

Aubert, you can see the reason codes on Finesse Supervisor Desktop in real time. These codes are also displayed in CUIC reports as well, most commonly in Agent State Detail report.

Please find below the link for Historical Reporting Guide that gives detail about all the reports which come bundled with UCCX.

My pleasure Aubert. Small correction in the original post, command to check if cop file had been installed or not is "show version active" and not "show active version".

Sorry for the typo.

Hi Deepak,

Can you tell me if is it possible to open a script v6 with uccx v10.5.1?

Thanks a lot for all.

BR

Aubert

I am assuming that by v6, you mean the script which had been created in UCCX 10.6. If that is correct, then yes absolutely you can open it in v10.5(1) editor. You can also infact install v10.6 editor as well in the same PC wherein version 10.5(1) editor is installed.

Deepak

Hi Deepak,

sorry I want to say I have scripts that been created with CRSv6 and another scripts with uccxv7.

Is it possible to open them with UCCX v10.5.1 (modify, save as, etc....)?

Thanks a lot for all.

BR

Aubert

Absolutely Yes Aubert. You can open, modifiy, save the scripts in v10.5 Editor that had originally been created in UCCX version 6 0r 7. In fact, this should be the ideal approach in case you want to use some of the scripts that were created in Windows version of UCCX now in your current version of UCCX.

The reason for that is there had been quite significant changes from UCCX Windows version to Linux in terms of location, root acess, secure shell. Hence, it is always adsvisable that you should open the old Windows scripts in new Editor and then validate it to make sure everything is fine with th steps, location or ahy other thing for that matter and then only upload it to the UCCX server to ensure smooth functionality.

Deepak

Hi Deepak,

I appreciate your help and your recommendation, you are the best.

I should to do an upgrade UCCX 8.5.1 to 10.5.1 and here is my query.

Is it possible to do a backup on Cisco Dektop Work Flow Administrator and Cisco Desktop Administrator (configuration, work flow group, variable, etc...)?

Because after UCCX upgrade I would like to restore the configuration on Cisco Dektop Work Flow Administrator and Cisco Desktop Administrator, thanks a lot for all.
