Dear all,
I'm running UCCX 10.5 dan QM 10.5. Configuration is done using Archive Workflow and calls can be recorded. I've done several call for testing only. When i will enter production phase, i want to delete several testing voice recording. Does anyone know how to do that?

User ContactDelete utility
How:
open CMD window. Change Directory to C:\Program Files\Calabrio\WFO_QM\bin
RUN
C:\Program Files\Calabrio\WFO_QM\bin>ContactDelete.exe <ContactID>
Contact ID can be found on the recording search portal.

Hello Rakesh,
can you tell me how can i delete specific cal of agent that have some client details?
i try your step but not able to see any option to find exact time or agent details to find exact time call and delete it.
can you help on it with your experience?
