How to determine who dropped the call first in UCCX

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to determine who dropped the call first in the UCCX. Is there a report to check it? Thank you

No i don't think - You have to look at the CUCM cdr to find that out.

I know that but I want report to get all info for all calls from UCCX .

I don't understand what you mean. ??

The data is not available in UCCX database and reports.. It exist in the CUCM cdr data not uccx.

If you want to make and report in cuic, you have to have it looking at CDR data (extra datasource and custom cdr db)

When you say "dropped", do you mean that you'd like to know which party ended the call, or are you talking about a technical issue that caused the call to end?

yes i mean which party ended the call " agent or costumer " after every call .
